Come and Play Court Whist on Friday May 25th at St. James Church, 719 James St. in the Steinhoff Hall from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.. There will be tea, coffee and desserts and prizes for the winners. The cost is $2.00 and everyone is welcome.

Sydenham Dragon Boat Festival

The Wallaceburg Dragon Boat Festival in partnership with the Wallaceburg Business Improvement Association is being held on June.02/2012 throughout the downtown. There is room for 26 teams and the registration deadline is May 16; you can register at the United Way office at 152 Duncan Street. Also activities throughout the day include: professional street dancers, live entertainment by the band, Whiskey River, an egg-roll eating contest, a baby contest, a fashion show and arts and crafts for children and much more.
