| I, Mary Lynne Lucier graduated from the prescribed courses under the
requirements of the Real Estate and Business Brokers Acts, in 1989.
My first employer was J.K. McLachlin Realty Ltd. of Sarnia until January 1991. In July 1991, I joined the forces of Lucier Realty Inc. a firm opened up by my father, Leonard J. Lucier. My business training has been extensive where I have been employed in public accounting offices prior to and subsequent to my successful completion of accounting and business courses at St. Clair College. I specialize in the sale of residential property and occasionally, I list farm property and business locations.
