"Featured International Artist"

Chopin's Polonaise Opus 26 #1

"Gold Spiral"... this is a goose egg, delicately cut and bejeweled.

As Canadians, you know we don't like to be outdone by the British, eh.....so we did a little digging and have come up with two exquisite egg artists, with two distinct styles of "egg art". We will cross reference their pages .

One is Jilly Swift of England.......and the other is Jill E. Ellis of Canada.

Jilly Swift is an "egg artist", in the Faberge style of eggs.
And she is England's best kept secret. Or they thought she was...until now.

This is a goose egg which is called "Butterfly Blue".  The majority of the egg has been braided, coloured and carved.
The butterfly which sits on the opening of the egg, is made from the shell itself.

The "Cradle" egg is the most unique present for the new baby. Not only does it represent happiness but also good health. These goose eggs can be ordered for either boys or girls. Please allow 4 weeks delivery....each egg is created especially for you.

We have only shown you a sampling of the eggs that Jilly Swift creates, on this page.
To see the rest of her eggs in full glory you can visit her home site.

Ms. Swift has a collection of stock eggs but she also does Custom Orders....which are her specialty.
Let her create a one of a kind masterpiece for you.

Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, house warming gifts.....you name it.....an egg can be created for any occasion that is worthy of remembering.

Order your family heirloom now.

Reasonably priced!

The "Amethyst" egg, is the clever use of an Emu egg. The sea shells set off this exquisitely designed egg.
And yes...those are "real" amethyst chips!

This "Wintery" egg is a decoupaged goose egg.
This is a long procedure which involves rubbing down with 'wet and dry' paper many times, to sink a picture into the shell, and thereby giving a beautiful shine.
