WAMBO (Wallaceburg Antique Motor and Boat Outing) is one of Canada's largest transportation shows. The show features Antique Boats, Antique, Classic & Specialty Cars, Vintage Airplanes, Fire Trucks, & Motorcycles. Other popular displays include I-Cars, Model Toys, Art in the Park, Craft Tables and Souvenirs.
Enjoy your choice of entertainment at various locations around town of Dance, Live Music, Karaoke, a Soap Box Derby, Police Boat & Fire Truck Parades as well as a Dream Cruise of Classic Cars. Refreshments are plentiful with food, snacks and beverages all around town and a licensed tent at the main stage.

A dinner was held in Chatham on May 8th, in support of WAMBO, at the Armouries. $775 was raised, and CKXS 99.1 will be topping that up to an even $1,000. Thanks to everyone involved for the support, and a big thank you to Brian Michado, Chatham Breakfast House and CKXS, 99.1.
The WAMBO Burger judging took place at the Wallaceburg Crabby Joe's with the winning burger being chosen by a slight margin, but unanimously by all 4 judges. The winning burger was submitted by John VanRuymebeke. The judging panel comprised of Mary Dixon and David Gough from the Wallaceburg Courier Press, Gary Patterson from 99.1 CKXS and Gale Steadman representing the WAMBO Committee.
The winning burger, now the official WAMBO Burger, will be available on the Wallaceburg Crabby Joe's menu until WAMBO weekend with proceeds from each burger sold going to the Crabby Joe's donation to the WAMBO event.
So get out and visit Crabby Joe's!!!
