My husband got sick again Jan 6th but the Lord has healed him yet again and he is home after being in a hospital for almost a month. The things the Lord has done are truly amazing.
Are you ready to hear what the Lord has done.
I didn't know about this until I was sitting in church, so you can imagine what I was like at church today.
My MP (Minister of Parliament) was helping Dave and I with this $82000.00 thousand dollar bill plus the bill for the heart specialist and all the other bills we had with the Chicago hospital back in July when Dave was there. We had our MP helping us with all these bills, talking to the people of the Chicago hospital, trying to set up an amount that is feasible that we can pay monthly.
The MP that is helping us, called me Tuesday of last week, left a message on my phone telling me to call him when I got in. I received that message when I got home and called him. He tells me by Friday we should have something figured out from the hospital, what we were going to have to pay a month. This past Friday I went to his office, to see him and workout what details the hospital had set up for us. My MP had just got called out of his office so the secretary had told us he was sorry he missed us but to tell us he would talk to us on Sunday at church, so I thought ok...good enough.
When I went to church I saw my MP and his wife sitting in there seats. I went over to him and told him I was at his office Friday, got his message and he said he would talk to me right after the service.
Brian my Pastor got up at the front of the church and said, “I have something to announce, it comes from the office of Parliament and the hospital of Chicago, on behalf of Dave and Char,” I'm thinking to myself, oh my goodness, they are going to tell everyone, which was okay, but I hadn't expected that.
Pastor Brian went on to telling the congregation that my MP had been working with the hospital, and the hospital had told our MP a month ago, they do NOT bargain, have a zero tolerance policy for negotiating or even reducing a debt. My MP had been trying to get this amount reduced for us. We had been waiting to see if that was at all possible.
So a week ago, my MP called the hospital and asked to speak to the hospital administrator a guy named Rick. My MP was talking to Rick about our debt, telling him that Mr. Rodway did not have this kind money, is now back in the hospital and so on, explaining our situation. Rick paused for a minute then said, we normally DO NOT do this, but I would like you to tell your clients, the Rodways, that we have decided to release them from this debt. MY MP said, "excuse me", did I hear you correctly. Rick then said, yes, you may tell the Rodways, they owe nothing, the debt has been forgiven. I will fax that to your office right now.
I am sitting here right now with this bill that shows we owed....$82000.00, and below that it shows the amount owing...$0.00. The LORD has given us another miracle. The following day I got a letter in the mail from the heart specialist, and it said...amount owing...$0.00.
I am here to tell you Miracles DO HAPPEN TODAY in this day an age!!! I know as well as I am sitting here right now, it was the LORD that did these things, like this just doesn’t happen any other way. No one does this; no one lets someone off from paying that HUGE amount of money, NO ONE!!
I couldn't believe my ears when I heard this that day in church. Tears streamed down my face as I sat in AWE of what MY LORD had done for us yet again. The people of the church were in awe. Many had tears, even men when they heard this exciting news.
I had to go straight to the hospital to tell Dave after the church service. When I told him, he had tears streaming down his face for what seemed like 20 min. We both were crying. Either of us could hardly fathom that this debt, this enormous debt, had been forgiven from this hospital.
PRAISE THE LORD!!!!
I tell you...when the LORD does something, HE does it BIG!! This is definitely a miracle...a MIRACLE without a doubt...!!!
MY husband is now home and feeling GREAT!!
Praise HIS HOLY NAME!!
