The Cat's Eye can operate in either atmosphere or space, however it is not trans-atmospheric, meaning that it cannot enter or leave Earth's atmosphere under its own power. Max ceiling on Earth is 50,000ft. The radar sensor is able to track 600 targets, and interpret 300, with a maximum range of 400 miles.
