Youth
Students - in no particular order....
I have seven young lads who have being taking classes for the past few years
and are becoming quite good.
They do 98% of the work themselves......I just put the pencil lines on.....to
help them shape the carving.
These are my "Group
of Seven".
They eat, sleep and inhale carving...and it shows in
their work..

#2 is 12 yrs old and has been carving with me for 2-1/2 yrs. |

#3 is 11 yrs old and has been carving with me for 2 yrs. His first carving of a rabbit took 1st in Youth and 2nd Best in Show in the Novice category at the 2001 Kingsville Migration Festival. |
