Description:

From the outside looking in the Python looks just like most other rounded horseshoes. But looks are deceiving. The Python features 1" hooks for extra grabbing action along with center balance technology (first seen on the M&M Special) The blades of the Python are narrow allowing those with shorter fingers or the full hand grippers to be handle this horseshoe with ease. The blade thickness is not big and bulky like most of those ductile iron horseshoes or too thin it is what most consider the perfect thickness for a horseshoe averaging just under 7/16 inch. Like all our professional horseshoe designs the Python can be easily used as a turn shoe or as a flip shoe. Awhile ago a gentleman pitched perfect game at the national championships using his Python's and a single flip. With the recent material changes on the original Imperial to a thicker bulkier material the Python is likely the best replacement. All Pythons are made of heat treated & tempered alloy steel warranted for 1 year and are probably one of the most durable horseshoe on the market today. The Python is sanctioned for play by the NHPA the governing body for horseshoes. The Python is the horseshoe of choice for Gregg Craven of Missouri. Gregg pitches his pythons with the flip style of pitchng and is one of the best horseshoe pitchers in the World carrying a NAT STATS average of 77.7%

Recently a World class pitcher who uses the turn style had this to say about his Python Horseshoes "This is a very fast spinning shoe, infact the fastest turning shoe I have ever thrown. The best way to describe them is they have the body of an Diamond tournament shoe, and the hooks of the standard M & M shoe. They are a cast shoe and yet the blade is not too thick as with most cast shoes.  Also the heavy hooks would make for a great flipping shoe - the toe calk or thumb cleat is very small some flippers like"
