WINDSPRINT'S YOGA/TONING/RELAXATION PROGRAMMING
Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace, focusing on proper alignment and technique.
Toning exercises emphasize "functional" fitness. The overall goal of the program is to become "strong, stretched and centred".
Educational handouts reqarding back care, nutrition, relaxation, etc. are an ongoing part of the program.
Individuals should consult with their physiciam before beginning this or any exercise program.
HOME VISITS ALSO AVAILABLE........................... INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP INSTRUCTION.
THESE WALKS WILL INCLUDE:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to register if you have not previously done so.
Individuals who are not currently attending programming with Windsprint Wellness and Fitness must sign a Par Q Health Form and Waiver.
Dress according to the weather on that day (i.e. layered clothing, ear muffs, gloves, etc.)
Bring your running shoes, water bottle, sense of dun and a friend if you wish.

*NOTE: Do not use a dynaband for the walk if you are allergic to latex.

Windsprint Wellness and Fitness Consulting Services is named after a man that my family dearly loves and appreciates, who fights a difficult battle with his schizophrenia illness. He enjoys playing and laughing with my children and doing "windsprints" with the children giggling and clinging onto his hands. His commendable efforts to cope with his illness and celebrate life embodies the true spirit of wellness and is a constant source of inspiration to all of us.
