I am committed to the Eternal Process of Healing from Within Accept Life as a series of 'ups' and 'downs'. Learn to gently love the 'down' experience as part of the whole. Glean what you can from it. As an Intuitive Energy Master, I am devoted to helping others discover their ability to be in charge of their lives through intuitive understanding. Through my personal experiences, my educational pursuits, a dedicated commitment to taking charge of my own life and through a constant striving to find the courage to face and release my fears, a personal energy shift and energy enhancement allowed me to change my thoughts, beliefs, power and reality. |
HOW I SEE THE STATE OF HEALTH:
Health is a state of complete balance in the body, mind, emotions and spiritual levels. Opening the heart to new experiences, while stretching the mind to embrace new thoughts and ideas, is a positive way to release old negative patterns which can lead to dis-ease in the body.
Releasing the emotional armour of protection and allowing healing energy to alter our personal energy, begins the natural process of the path to wholeness. Wholeness can be considered the state of unconditional love and complete balance, which allows each being to seek personal fulfillment and peace of mind.

Fear Releasing is a freeing experience. It is safe for everyone. Everyday fears block people's full potential to go anywhere, do anything, and be anything. Fears can be cleared from your energy to bring peace and contentment. This process has helped hundreds of people.
Generational fear energy riddles families who share "same belief" systems. One person who is willing to change through energy work can make a difference for a whole family. Fears affect family interaction, relationships, careers, education, ability to love, ability to travel, or to enjoy life.

It can benefit or restrict your productivity, success, or personal achievements. As we work together, you may find yourself feeling lighter, stronger, more intuitive, happier, experiencing less pain, more able to make daily choices, a sense of freedom, and able to easily tackle important decisions. Above all you may be able to see your life clearer. Committing to a new and healthier outlook is one of the first positive steps toward a deeper life awareness, personal growth and total health. Often corrections that release blocks and negative energy, awaken a new fullness of life. This takes a commitment on your part -- a serious intention to personal change. |

CONNECTION TO NATURE
As a child living close to nature, between the city and the country, I always headed out the back door into the inviting fields, woodland and my favourite stream. I'd spend endless hours with the trees, raspberry bushes, wildflowers, tadpoles, birds, learning not to touch the baby rabbits in a nest in case the mother rabbit would abandon them, and making friends with what seemed to me to be lost dogs, bringing them home for dog treats.
Hiking in nature was my meditation as a child. Packing lunches and hiking distances to a place I called "Green Rock Valley" was the joy of my life. Today I value the spiritual connection to nature as a privilege and receive much peace and contentment by finding a rock to sit on at the river's edge, while I meditate with the energy. Trees have an energy that calls to me and these old souls are my friends. I encourage all persons to reconnect by seeking that solace that can be found in nature. Begin to develop or accelerate such activities so the awareness of our beautiful planet will integrate within.
