BACH FLOWER DANCES

Sunday March 15th 1998, from 10am till 4pm with Katharina and Kurt

I think everybody knows the difficulty of finding the right words to describe an emotion. With the Bach Flower Dances, we express our emotions through movements.

Inharmonious and blocked emotions become obstacles on our lifepath. They disturb the cosmic dance of which we are a part, and from which we cannot separte oursleves.

I praise the dances because they free people from their heavy burdens.

I praise the dances because they unite body, mind and spirit.

I praise the dances because they bring back life into the lifeless.

From the "Initiation of the Bach Flower Dances" by "Anastasia Geng". The dances have goals similar to the Bach Flower Remedies. Dr. Edward Bach believed in our spiritual source and his attachment to God is supported in the dances.

Anastaia Greg was a dance teacher for many, many years. She didn't look for the Back Flower Dances, they came to her. Most of the dances are accompanied by music from Lettland.

June Watts is a well known international Sacred Circle Dance facilitator and choreographer who has led workshops in Britain, Canada, Germany and Sweden. Her dancing career has roots in Findhorn, where she received training in 1982. June also trained with the Demian Institute in Holland. She holds an Honours degree in Drama and has wide experience in both the professional theatre and the healing arts. June has been leading Sacred Circle Dances since 1982 and has been instrumental in initiating and supporting many dancing circles in B.C. and Alberta, where she is considered "the best and most vital teacher".

June's workshops focus on dancing and sharing, but she may also weave in other tools to self awareness such as chanting, games, drama, art, guided imaging and bodywork. Her workshops provide a safe and loving space in whic to stretch limits, release old patterns and move into a greater sense of freedom and joy.

Cost: $150. Cdn. (Accommodation, meals and snack are included)

GREAT LAKES DANCE CAMP

July 11th - 18th 1998

Come sing, dance and play with us! Help us celebrate our first week-long Canadian Dance Camp.

Stefan and Bethan have been popular leaders of Circle Dance for over 15 years. Their warm, open-heated and skilful leadership includes a wide repertoire that has made them popular worldwide. Stefan is a talented musician and with Bethan, brings an approach to Circle Dance that creates an atmosphere of optimal learning for dancers of all levels.

The camp will be limited to 40 registrants. Our focus will be on the playful and sacred aspects of our dance community. The fee includes all meals, accommodation, and programmes. Meals will be vegetarian. Accommodation options include 20 indoor spaces, or tenting, on a first come, first served basis. Proposed programming includes morning and evening large group indoor and outdoor dance sessions, paneurhythmy, afternoon activities and free time, a craft sharing event, a camp screech chorus and / or scratch band, special sessions focusing on facilitating issues and needs, other co-created activities as yet unplanned - suggestions welcome!

Family-Constellation - Recognizing The Laws of Love

Whether you know it or not, in the past, things have happened in your family that are influencing you and keep you from moving on with your life. Fifty to seventy percent of our problems originate in our families and not in ourselves. Such problems can manifest in partnerships, in relationships to other family members, in illness or disease of family members, and even death at an early age. It is imported that we clear these obstructions.

In a simple, miraculous way a Family-Constellation can change your life by unblocking the energy where it causes confusion and pain and allowing it to flow freely. During this process the "family energy" will be restored.

Katharina & Kurt studied Family-Constellation since 1996 and were trained by Eva Haenggi in Switzerland. They are also in touch with Bert Hellinger author of Touching Love. The book is available in our Farm-Store.

We offer weekend workshops and private sessions.

Weekend is from Saturday 10:00am till Sunday 4:00pm

Fee: $250. Cdn -- includes one night accommodation, one breakfast, two lunches and one supper.

This workshop is also interesting for doctors, therapists and their clients.

Light Ceremony

Dear Friend,

All over the whole world is a great need for light and love. Every month we would like to hold a light ceremony there we will send light and love to all places around the world who are not in harmony with the higher law.

The more people who join in, the more powerful we are, and the more effective this ceremony will be.

Please, come and join us, and bring a friend with you: our work is needed by Mother Earth and by all of humanity.

Transformation Weeks

We are offering two "Transformation" Weeks (each week at different times throughout the year) to anyone, ready and willing to take a next step on their spiritual path.

During such a one-week experience, we share our community living and our spiritual beliefs.

Schedule:

Each Transformation Week runs from Monday morning 10:00am until Friday 4:00pm.

Discover The Art Of Juggling

Have you ever dreamed about throwing three balls in constant harmony? Then this workshop is something for you!

Juggling is an ancient art, the Egyptians started 4000 years ago. Since then people of all ages and types have been juggling. Besides being entertaining and fun juggling is also a good way to keep fit. It also has many health benefits and it improves eye hand coordination as well as building confidence.

This workshop is aimed at introducing people to the "simple" Three Ball cascade. We wil start with the two-ball exchange and move on to three balls.

I am sure that after this workshop you'll enjoy juggling so much you'll never want to quit. Juggling is not easy but its not that difficult and its fun!

When you come to the workshop you'll get three tennis balls if you would like your own real juggling balls. They are handmade and are called "True Canadian Balls". I sell them for $22.00

We don't sell Butterflies, but we sell ORGANIC DAIRY PRODUCTS like mild, butter, cheese and yogurt, as well as homemade fruit juices, jams, Pearnel(pear butter), bread and cookies, granola and dried fruits. We also sell a variety of other brands of organic juices, nutbutters, potato chips, pasta and a whole lot more.

Along with this wonderful food, you may also purchase Katharina's Dolls which are hand made with 100% natural materials.

And of course we carry all or our own Flower essences.
